Birthday Privilege
Foundation: $100 toward one qualifying treatment of $500 or more completed during your birthday month.
Elevated: $200 toward one qualifying treatment of $750 or more completed during your birthday month.
Referral Rewards
Foundation and Elevated Private Clients may qualify for referral privileges and Bolus Wallet rewards under the applicable referral program terms.
Private Client Events
Private Clients may receive invitations to limited-attendance treatment previews, technology introductions, education, product launches, and special events.
Elevated Guest Passes
Elevated Private Clients receive two Guest Passes per 12-month term, subject to applicable program terms.
Golden Ticket Opportunities
Private Clients may occasionally receive unexpected privileges, invitations, treatment opportunities, or other limited experiences. Golden Tickets vary and are not guaranteed.

What is Private Client?
Private Client is Bolus Med Spa's ongoing aesthetic care program built around a tailored treatment plan — not a preset list of monthly treatments.
Very simply, you set aside $150 per month with Foundation or $250 per month with Elevated. 100% of each successfully collected monthly contribution is placed into your Bolus Wallet and remains available for eligible aesthetic care.
In return for making that ongoing investment in your care, active Private Clients unlock Preferred or Exclusive Pricing, tailored treatment planning, and additional privileges.
There is no required monthly treatment and no one-size-fits-all treatment schedule. Your Bolus Wallet can be used toward eligible treatments that fit your goals and tailored treatment plan, subject to clinical appropriateness and program terms.

Am I paying for a treatment every month?
No.
Private Client does not require a monthly treatment and does not lock you into a preset treatment schedule.
Your monthly Foundation or Elevated contribution is placed into your Bolus Wallet after successful collection and may be used toward eligible aesthetic care as your tailored treatment strategy evolves.
What does Foundation cost?
Foundation is $150 per month.
100% of each successfully collected monthly contribution is placed into your Bolus Wallet for eligible aesthetic care.
What does Elevated cost?
Elevated is $250 per month.
100% of each successfully collected monthly contribution is placed into your Bolus Wallet for eligible aesthetic care.
What's the difference between Foundation and Elevated?
Foundation is designed primarily for ongoing maintenance and provides Preferred Pricing, tailored treatment planning, and Private Client privileges.
Elevated is designed for clients making a larger ongoing investment in their aesthetic care. It provides Exclusive Pricing, Comprehensive Skin Analysis, Concierge Access, and a more comprehensive planning and privilege structure.
Can I use my Bolus Wallet for whatever treatment I want?
Your Bolus Wallet may be used toward eligible aesthetic care subject to applicable program terms.
Treatment recommendations remain tailored to your goals and subject to clinical appropriateness, provider assessment, safety considerations, availability, and treatment-specific consent.
Can I just text Bolus if I have questions?
Yes. Text the Private Client Team at (410) 995-9481 for general information about Private Client, TOX Access, pricing, treatments, scheduling, or where to begin.
Individualized clinical recommendations require appropriate evaluation by a Bolus clinician.
Is TOX Access part of Private Client?
No. TOX Access is a separate access program focused primarily on neurotoxin.
Foundation and Elevated are the two Private Client levels.
How long is the agreement?
Foundation, Elevated, and TOX Access begin with a 12-month term.
Renewal, payment, cancellation, Wallet, and other account rules are governed by the applicable signed program terms.
