Payment Options

Simple + transparent.

Cash

Major credit and debit cards

Cherry payment plans

HSA and FSA cards when permitted by your plan

Payment is due according to the terms of the selected treatment, service or financing arrangement.

Ways To Pay

Choose what makes sense for your treatment plan.

Some patients prefer to pay at the time of treatment. Others prefer to spread a larger treatment investment over time.

Pay In Full

Patients may pay for treatment directly using cash or an accepted credit or debit card.

Cherry Payment Plans

Cherry allows eligible patients to divide qualifying treatment costs into smaller payments rather than paying the entire treatment amount at once.

Available plans, payment amounts, APR and promotional options depend on eligibility and the purchase amount.

HSA + FSA

HSA and FSA cards may be accepted when permitted by the patient's plan and when the expense qualifies under that plan.

Bolus does not determine eligibility or guarantee reimbursement.

Cherry Payment Plans

Apply in minutes. See your options. Pay over time.

Cherry offers payment plan options that can help eligible patients spread qualifying treatment investments across multiple payments.

01

Apply

Complete the short Cherry application online using the Bolus Med Spa application link.

Checking your eligibility uses a soft credit check and does not impact your credit score.

02

See Your Options

If approved, Cherry will show the payment plans available to you based on eligibility and the qualifying purchase amount.

Qualifying patients may be offered promotional 0% APR options.

03

Choose Your Plan

Once your Bolus treatment plan and purchase amount are finalized, you can select an available Cherry payment option that works for you.

Financing approval and treatment candidacy are separate.

Cherry approval does not guarantee that a particular treatment is clinically appropriate. Treatment recommendations at Bolus remain based on your assessment, candidacy, goals and individualized treatment plan.

Cherry determines financing eligibility, available plans, APR, promotional offers, down payment requirements and other financing terms. Bolus does not make credit decisions.

Planning A Larger Treatment

Financing may be useful when your plan extends beyond one appointment.

Not every treatment needs financing. It is simply another option when you are considering a more comprehensive plan.

Laser + Skin Plans

Laser resurfacing, acne scar correction, pigmentation treatment and combination skin plans may involve multiple treatments or a larger initial investment.

Injectable + Collagen Plans

Full face treatment planning, Sculptra, dermal filler and combination injectable strategies may be completed in stages or as part of a broader treatment plan.

PRP + Regenerative Treatments

PRP and other regenerative treatment plans may involve a series of procedures depending on the indication and individualized plan.

Hair Restoration

Hair restoration may involve assessment, laboratory evaluation and an individualized treatment program that can include PRP and other appropriate therapies.

Insurance + Administrative Policies

Bolus is a self pay practice.

Bolus Med Spa does not accept or bill health insurance for consultations, treatments, procedures, products or services.

No Insurance Billing

Bolus does not submit insurance claims or obtain prior authorizations for services provided through the practice.

HSA + FSA

HSA and FSA cards may be accepted when permitted by the patient's plan. The patient remains responsible for determining whether a purchase qualifies under the applicable plan.

Receipts

Itemized receipts with applicable ICD-10 or CPT coding may be provided when clinically and administratively appropriate.

Administrative Requests

Bolus does not routinely complete insurance, HSA or FSA reimbursement paperwork. Custom letters, forms, emails or other administrative correspondence are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Payment FAQs

Questions about Cherry + payment options.

Straightforward answers about financing, eligibility and paying for treatment at Bolus.

What is Cherry?

Cherry is a third party payment plan provider that allows eligible patients to divide qualifying purchases into scheduled payments rather than paying the entire amount at once.

Does applying with Cherry affect my credit score?

Checking your eligibility with Cherry uses a soft credit check and does not impact your credit score.

Does Cherry offer 0% APR options?

Qualifying patients may be offered promotional 0% APR options. Eligibility, available terms and promotional plans are determined by Cherry and may vary.

No. Checking your eligibility does not mean you have to finance your treatment. You can review the options available to you and decide whether a Cherry payment plan makes sense for you.

Your payment depends on the qualifying purchase amount and the Cherry plan available and selected. Cherry will show your available payment options before you complete the financing transaction.

Is a down payment required?

Down payment requirements can vary based on the purchase and financing option. Cherry will display any applicable down payment when you review your available plan.

Does Cherry approval mean Bolus will perform the treatment?

No. Financing approval and treatment candidacy are separate. Treatment recommendations at Bolus are based on assessment, candidacy, your goals and the individualized treatment plan.

Can I use Cherry for every treatment?

Cherry availability may depend on the treatment, qualifying purchase amount and current program terms. Our team can help determine whether Cherry can be used for the treatment plan you are considering.
