The Foundation and Elevated columns show the actual Private Client treatment price you pay. Your Bolus Wallet may be used toward eligible care while your active Private Client status unlocks the pricing shown.

Birthday Privilege
Foundation: $100 toward one qualifying treatment of $500 or more completed during your birthday month.
Elevated: $200 toward one qualifying treatment of $750 or more completed during your birthday month.
The Birthday Privilege is applied to a qualifying treatment transaction. It is not deposited into your Bolus Wallet, has no cash value, and does not roll over.
Referral Rewards
Foundation: Receive $100 in Bolus Wallet credit for each Qualified Referral.
Elevated: Choose a $100 Referral Reward or $150 in Bolus Wallet credit for each Qualified Referral. Elevated Private Clients may also unlock additional referral milestones.
A Qualified Referral is a new Bolus patient who identifies you as the referring Private Client and completes at least $500 in qualifying paid treatment within 90 days. Full program terms apply.
Private Client Events
Bolus may host limited-attendance experiences for Private Clients, including treatment previews, technology introductions, education, product launches, demonstrations, and special events.
Foundation receives access to Private Client event invitations. Elevated receives priority access and guest opportunities when offered.
Elevated Guest Passes
Elevated Private Clients receive two Guest Passes per 12-month term. Each Guest Pass allows one guest to access Foundation Private Client pricing for one eligible treatment visit.
Guest Passes do not transfer Bolus Wallet funds, have no cash value, and do not create ongoing Private Client status for the guest.
Golden Ticket Opportunities
Private Clients may receive surprise privileges, invitations, and limited opportunities throughout the year.
Golden Tickets may include special treatment access, unexpected privileges, private invitations, treatment opportunities, referral bonuses, or other experiences not available through standard access. They vary throughout the year and are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.

TOX ACCESS
For patients primarily interested in preferred neurotoxin pricing.
You're already one of us.
Your existing account and Bolus Wallet remain intact. Existing Gold and Platinum clients will receive direct communication regarding their transition into Private Client.
No action is required at this time.

What is the Bolus Private Client Program?
Private Client is Bolus's alternative to a traditional med-spa membership. Your monthly contribution is preserved in your Bolus Wallet for eligible care while your Private Client status unlocks Preferred or Exclusive Pricing and additional privileges.
Where does my monthly contribution go?
Foundation contributes $150 per month and Elevated contributes $250 per month. That contribution is deposited into your Bolus Wallet for eligible treatments and professional skincare, subject to program terms.
What's the difference between Foundation and Elevated?
Foundation is designed primarily for clients who want to maintain what they love while accessing Preferred Pricing.
Elevated is designed for clients pursuing a more comprehensive aesthetic strategy and includes Exclusive Pricing, Comprehensive Skin Analysis, Concierge Access, enhanced privileges, and two Guest Passes per year.
What is a Comprehensive Aesthetic Strategy?
It is a coordinated approach to your aesthetic care across the year — connecting skin health, lasers, injectables, collagen stimulation, professional skincare, maintenance, timing, downtime, and your priorities into one cohesive strategy.
What is Comprehensive Skin Analysis?
Elevated Private Clients receive advanced digital skin analysis to establish a baseline, identify visible and underlying skin concerns, and objectively track progress as their aesthetic strategy evolves.
What is Concierge Access?
Elevated Concierge Access provides a more direct relationship with the Bolus team for treatment-plan questions, professional skincare guidance, aftercare guidance, and coordination of your comprehensive aesthetic strategy.
Concierge Access is not an emergency, after-hours, weekend, or 24/7 service.
Can I use my Bolus Wallet with Private Client pricing?
Yes, for eligible care. That is one of the core advantages of Private Client: your contribution remains available in your Bolus Wallet while your active Private Client status unlocks your applicable pricing and privileges.
Is TOX Access part of Private Client?
No. TOX Access is a separate access option for patients primarily interested in neurotoxin. Foundation and Elevated are the two Private Client levels.
What happens after the initial 12-month term?
The initial Private Client term is 12 months. Ongoing renewal, cancellation, Wallet use, and other account rules are governed by the applicable Private Client Program Terms & Conditions.
