APPOINTMENTS

All new and existing patients must book appointments through our website. Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience.

  • AI Communications cannot schedule reschedule or cancel appointments. YOU must do this in your portal: bolusmedspa.janeapp.com

We strongly recommend that new patients schedule a complimentary virtual consultation prior to their first treatment.


RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bolus Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide timely access to appointments for all patients. To ensure fairness and availability, the following policy applies:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Changes must be made through your patient portal: bolusmedspa.janeapp.com.
  • If you attempt to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the system will not allow changes and a fee will apply.
  • AI Communications cannot schedule reschedule or cancel appointments. YOU must do this in your portal: bolusmedspa.janeapp.com

Fees

  • Appointments not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $75 cancellation/no-show fee.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being marked as a no-show and subject to the same fee.

Texting, emailing, or contacting staff does not constitute cancellation. Patients are responsible for managing their own appointments through the portal. Staff may assist as a courtesy but cannot guarantee changes.


NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A “no-show” is defined as missing an appointment without proper notice or arriving too late to be seen.
  • Repeated missed appointments may result in additional restrictions, including prepayment requirements or dismissal from the practice.

Chronic No-Shows

After three (3) no-shows, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge the full cost of the missed treatment in addition to the $75 fee
  • Require prepayment for future appointments

MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS

If multiple services are scheduled and missed, fees will apply to each appointment.


SPECIAL PROMOTIONS (INCLUDING GROUPON)

Patients who miss appointments tied to promotional pricing (including Groupon or similar offers):

  • May forfeit promotional pricing
  • May be required to pay standard pricing or forfeit the service
  • Will still be subject to the $75 cancellation/no-show fee

VIP MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

  • A no-show will result in:
    • A $75 fee, and
    • Forfeiture of that month’s promotional treatment
  • Membership dues will remain available in your account (“wallet”) for other eligible services or retail purchases.

SELF-SCHEDULING

We operate on an appointment-only basis. Walk-ins are not accepted.

All patients are required to:

  • Use the secure, HIPAA-compliant portal to book, cancel, or reschedule appointments
  • Bolusmedspa.Janeapp.com
  • Maintain access to their account

Account setup instructions are provided via email at the time of booking.

TREATMENT EXPIRATION & RETURNS

  • All services and treatment packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Retail products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Gift cards and promotional offers expire within one year, unless otherwise specified.


VIP MEMBERSHIPS

Important Legal Notice

Bolus Med Spa memberships are not health club memberships and are not subject to Maryland Health Club Services laws. Memberships are for aesthetic services and related benefits only.

General Terms

  • Membership approval is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue membership for safety or appropriateness.
  • Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
  • Memberships require a 12-month commitment, after which they continue month-to-month.

Early Cancellation Fees

If canceled before the 12-month term:

  • Tox Membership: Repayment of discounts received (e.g., Jeuveau, Dysport, Botox, Xeomin at $15/unit)
  • Gold Membership: $1,000
  • Platinum Membership: $2,000

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  • Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
  • Promotional treatments may expire (typically within 90 days), but accrued funds remain available while membership is active
  • If membership is canceled, remaining funds stay in your account but membership pricing and perks no longer apply

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

To cancel, you must:

  1. Submit written notice via email to getbolused@gmail.com, and
  2. Send a text to 410.995.9481

Cancellation is not effective until receipt is confirmed.


MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

  • Memberships bill monthly on the 1st of the month following enrollment
  • If a payment fails:
    • We will attempt to process it up to three (3) times
    • Membership may be canceled if payment is not completed
  • A $25 administrative fee applies to reinstate a canceled membership

Patients are responsible for keeping payment information current in the portal.


MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

Memberships cannot be paused for any reason, including medical conditions, pregnancy, or travel. Unused funds will continue to accumulate for future use in your wallet.


MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits at any time. Updates will be reflected in the current policy.


CHILD POLICY

For safety and to maintain a professional environment:

  • Children are not permitted during appointments
  • If a patient arrives with a child and cannot be seen, the appointment will be canceled and the $75 fee will apply

Bolus Med Spa’s Solicitation & Sales Representative Policy

No Solicitation Policy

Bolus Med Spa maintains a strict No Solicitation Policy to ensure an uninterrupted, safe, and professional environment for our patients and staff.

We do not permit:

  • Unscheduled sales visits
  • Cold calls conducted in person
  • Distribution of flyers, samples, or promotional materials
  • Door-to-door sales or vendor drop-ins
  • Attempts to solicit business from staff or patients on-site

Sales Representatives & Vendor Meetings

All sales representatives, vendors, and service providers must have a scheduled appointment in advance.

  • No walk-ins are permitted under any circumstances
  • Unscheduled representatives will not be accommodated
  • Staff are instructed not to engage with or accept materials from unapproved visitors

How to Request an Appointment

If you are a vendor or sales representative wishing to connect with Bolus Med Spa, you must request an appointment in advance by email:

Submission of a request does not guarantee a meeting. Appointments are scheduled at the sole discretion of Bolus Med Spa.


Enforcement

Any individual who does not comply with this policy may be:

  • Asked to leave the premises immediately
  • Denied future access
  • Reported if behavior is disruptive or persistent

Bolus Med Spa’s Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines Bolus Med Spa’s (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at bolusmedspa.com (“Site“), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: “Users”).

TREATMENTS OR PACKAGES

Treatments: No Refunds. Treatments or services are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise part of your treatment plan.

Order Cancellations

  • Prescription orders that are submitted online are processed immediately and may not be canceled.

  • Orders for retail will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please be aware that The BolusMed Spa has the right to deny order cancellation.

Returns

Once a retail item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, unopened, and sealed in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Prescription medications are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

 

Bolus Med Spa’s Consultation Policy

New patients may receive ONE free virtual consultation. Future consults will be $200.

Additional consults will be $200.

The consult fee will go towards your treatment if booked and treated within 5 days. If you reschedule the treatment you lose the $200 credit.

In person consultations are $200. If booked and treated within 5 days the fee goes towards the treatment. 

Bolus Med Spa’s Payments

Effective June 1, 2025

Payment in Full is Due at Time of Service. 

We accept cash and credit cards. All credit/debit cards will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Cherry or 3rd party financing may incur additional fees based on term and creditworthiness.
