The website www.bolusmedspa.com is operated by Bolus Med Spa. Throughout this page and the rest of the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bolus Med Spa. Bolus Med Spa offers the website, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies stated here and on the remaining of the website.

APPOINTMENT

At this time appointments are required for all treatments. We will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply. This is only fair so that we may offer all our guest the same level of awesome service.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to book an appointment and/or receive treatments.

  • We encourage you to schedule appointments at least 2 weeks in advance, especially prior to major holidays.

  • Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose your credit card information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file.

  • Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy and acknowledging our cancellation policy.

As a courtesy to all clients, our system automatically emails and text appointment reminders at 48 & 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Sadly, if you choose not to provide us with your email address or phone number, we are unable to offer you a reminder at this time.

ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes PRIOR to your appointment so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required.

For all microneedling treatments, IF YOU WOULD LIKE A NUMBING CREAM PLACED ON YOUR SKIN, BE SURE TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR IT TO TAKE EFFECT.

Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Payments are required and must be made in full prior to all treatments and services.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. For custom gift cards, please allow a 24-hour processing time. Please note that gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

All treatments and packages are non-refundable. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded.

We take pride in our products and hope that you’ll enjoy them just as much. If you are unhappy with a product purchase from Bolus Med Spa, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly refund or exchange the item.

  • We cannot issue cash refunds.

  • Unopened items returned after 30 days with proof of purchase will be refunded a spa credit only.

  • Due to health regulations we cannot accept opened and/or used items. A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for an opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction within 1 week that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a nurse practitioner prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product.

VALUABLES

We suggest you leave your valuables at home. Bolus Med Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

SERVICES & PRICES

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their primary care provider such as a doctor or nurse practitioner prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform one of our staff of any existing medical conditions, medications, and all allergies when making an appointment and prior to receiving your treatment. Bolus Med Spa reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

REFERRALS & MORE

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient your refer purchases an aesthetics treatment, you will receive a $20 credit to be used toward any service of your choice over $300. It’s our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!

We are more than happy to host your special event. While Botox and IV Parties are our specialty, we welcome parties of any kind. Parties that meet a minimum of 8 guests receive exclusive discounts on our products and treatments. Please contact us for details!
