Cancellation Policy

 
 

Life happens, and we understand…

  • 24-HOUR NOTICE: Should you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours, your credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • NO SHOW: If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without notification, the service will be considered rendered and you will either be charged the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee, whichever is greater.

  • LATE ARRIVAL: Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card on file.

CANCELLATION FEES

The cancellation fee for all services is a minimum of $50.

The cancellation fee for B12 Injections is $10.

As a courtesy to our clients, our system automatically emails appointment reminders 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your email address, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
